Terms and Conditions for Service
Deposits
Deposit Payments are 50% of the minimum scheduled services are due immediately.
Remaining balance is due at time of service.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Rescheduling with appropriate notice guarantees transfer of deposit.
Likewise, a cancellation of services prior to 24 guarantees deposit refund.
Any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the deposit.
Late Fees
Appointment slot late fees will be assessed as follows:
5-30 mins late will be assessed a $25 fee.
31+ mins will be considered a late cancellation and deposit will be forfeited.
Fulfillment Policy
Services will be rendered on scheduled date and time upon receipt of deposit payment.
